All laptops sold by Refurbished Laptops Kenya are refurbished, meaning they are pre-owned devices that have been professionally restored, tested, and certified to meet high-quality standards. 2.2. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided to the best of our knowledge. However, minor variations (e.g., cosmetic wear) may occur due to the refurbished nature of our products. 2.3. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
3.1. Orders can be placed through our website, physical store, or authorized partner platforms. 3.2. Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery (as specified at purchase) for defective products, subject to inspection.
